How do we engage employees in healthier lifestyles to save money in health insurance for the whole company?
The Solution(s)
Promote healthy habits — A hub for employees to find content related to healthy living: health coaching, courses, informational content, individual and team challenges.
Reward healthy habits — Gift Cards, promotions, merchandise and cash giveaways for employees who meet goals.
Maintain healthy habits — A community to help employees maintain the healthy lifestyle by partnering with others in their community.
A health app with employee integration. Employees can track their health journey, participate in challenges, earn and redeem winnings.
A web app for employers to review employee's interactions, create challenges, make payouts, and review savings
CHALLENGES 🎉 Employees can review health related challenges that the employer has set, these challenges can be individual or in groups.
PROGRESS Employees can review their progress in the challenges, and if they need extra help to meet their goals, they can get it! The app also tells them what their average participation is, and this helps them stay on top of their progress!
WINNINGS 🎉 Once the employees have completed their challenge, they get their earnings, they can either collect them right away, or save to redeem later. When they wish to redeem, they have a few choices: Pre-Paid Card (and, it’s virtual so they can use it right away anywhere they accept Visa. Retail Gift Card from any of the participating retails stores (through lively) Wellness Gift Card from any participating wellness practice (physical therapy, personal training, massages, etc.)
In the dashboard, employers can review the employee's happiness by calculating their progress and winnings. They can also review how much money they have saved since enrolling in the program. Lastly, they can also chose to participate in curated challenges.
Employers can review various challenges that get loaded into the app by subsidiary companies who enroll in the programs to gain new business.
Challenges can be created as individual goals (for example, lose 5lbs in 30 days) or group challenges (for example: each employee can earn 7000 points by running for 30mins, the team that reaches 140,000 points soonest wins )
Manage who can participate in challenges by inviting them, adding them, or removing them from the challenge.

Precision Wellness was a SaaS health product owned by LifeOmic that helped small companies offer better benefits to their employees while promoting their health. Today, LifeOmic combined all their offerings into one suite. While the product still exist, it has been repackaged into a feature of a larger product.
